Join us in our Brew House for an hour long Pilates session where you’lll learn to develop core strength, rebalance muscles, sculpt & tone your body and gain flexibility & movemnet with a blend of classical and contemporary style Pilates on your mats!*
Afterwards, reward yourself with a fresh pint of craft beer or kombucha (non-alcoholic) in our Taproom!
*participants must supply their own mats
