Bracebridge, Ontario – Lake of Bays Brewing Co. (LB) is opening a third location in Spring 2020 located in Bracebridge, ON. The Bracebridge Barrelhouse will offer barrel-aged and experimental beers, both brewed on-site, as well as LB’s regular beer lineup and locally sourced upscale pub fare.
The Barrelhouse boasts 4,200 sq. ft. spread over two floors with seating for 125 people. In addition to one-time and barrel-aged offerings, the Barrelhouse will offer LB’s well known core beer lineup, as well as wine and cocktails. Similar to the Brewhouse in Huntsville, the Barrelhouse will serve a wide variety of upscale pub fare, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients from the Bracebridge area.
Bracebridge is a thriving community that swells in the summer months due to tourists and cottagers alike. The Barrelhouse is the first of its kind in the area and will provide a specialized craft beer and food pairing experience for visitors. The Huntsville Brewhouse opened in Spring 2018 with six small fermenters and sixteen rotating taps including LB classics as well as specialty brews unique to the location. The extensive food menu and weekly entertainment including local musicians, trivia, and open mic nights.
