Baysville, Ontario – Lake of Bays Brewing has announced the beer that will become their new autumn seasonal, replacing their 10 Point IPA. Up until this year, 10 Point IPA was a seasonal beer, but due to its popularity, it is now available in 473ml cans year round.
The newest seasonal selection will be called Stamp Hammer. It will be an oak-aged amber lager, over 6% alc./vol. More details will be announced soon.
A “stamp hammer” is a registered symbol, very much like a cattle brand, that would be stamped into the end of a log to identify the owner.
The “stamp hammer” has a old and rich history in the Baysville area.
