Meet your candidates for the 2016 Collaboration Nation

Toronto, Ontario – Session Toronto Craft Beer Festival will take place on June 11th and on that date a new Collaboration Nation winner will be announced for 2016.

Collaboration Nation is when craft breweries team up with celebrities to make unique beer for you to try at the Session Toronto Craft Beer Festival. Throughout the day people at the festival vote for their favourite collab and then the winner will have their beer listed at the LCBO later that year.

Past winners include Tom Green with Beaus All Natural brewing Company, Sam Roberts Band with Spearhead brewery & in 2015 K-OS won when he teamed up with Beaus All Natural Brewing Company.

The first collaboration to be announced was Muskoka Brewery with the band Born Ruffians – RUFF Draught is a tropical blonde ale, with notes of pineapple deriving from a variety of hops. Crisp and refreshing, it’s a crushable beer that’s great for jamming on the dock or out on stage.

The second collaboration to be announced was Nickel Brook Brewing with the band Arkells and Detour Coffee.

The third collaboration announced was Big Rock Brewery with Oliver & Bonacini.

The fourth collaboration announced was Sawdust City Brewing and Jason CollettBitter Beauty IIPA is a big, bold American IIPA loaded with mounds and mounds of delicious hops. Coming in at 9% and 90 IBUs this is the perfect sippin’ beer for when your sittin’ by the campfire strummin’ the Ol’ 6 string, this summer.

The fifth collaboration announced is Big Rig Brewery from Ottawa has teamed up with Central City Brewers out of Surrey, BC.  Look for Great White North a 5% Hopfenweizen at the festival on June 11th.
