Toronto, Ontario – Daniel Neilson, Founder and Publisher of Original Gravity magazine in London, England, and Stephen Beaumont, Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Original Gravity in Canada, are thrilled to announce the addition of publishing veteran Dick Snyder to the Original Gravity team.
Snyder will be joining as Publisher of not just the existing southern Ontario edition of Original Gravity, but also the new Alberta edition launching this summer and all other subsequent Canadian editions.
“I worked with Dick for years at his City Bites magazine and enjoyed every moment,” says Beaumont, “When Daniel and I recognized the need for a dedicated Canadian Publisher, he was the very first person who came to mind!”
Snyder is thrilled to be joining the magazine as Publisher.
“Original Gravity is a wholly original media entity, centred around a unique print magazine packed with compelling perspectives on beer and the community that surrounds it,” says Snyder, “Passionate beer fans need this magazine and I’m excited to join this dedicated team of beer experts and outstanding writers.”
Snyder will assume the role of Publisher effective immediately. Beaumont will remain in charge of editorial in southern Ontario and, with newly appointed Managing Editor, Kirk Bodnar, will also oversee development of the Alberta edition.
With these changes in personnel, Original Gravity will also embark upon a new phase in development that will include a new website at originalgravity.ca, featuring updated and original content, and an expanded and enhanced social media presence.
