Toronto, Ontario – Amsterdam Brewery have recently added some new tanks to the brewery and over the next few weeks they will be bringing in 10 new fermenters and 2 new bright tanks. This will allow them the capacity to continue making more beers like Boneshaker, 3Speed and Blonde but also experiment with innovative ingredients and techniques to offer new Adventure Brew releases.
Along with the addition of more tanks, they will be growing their barrel program by adding more Ontario wine and whiskey barrels in the cellar.
Amsterdam welcomes back their barrel-aged and blended Reserve Saison.
Reserve Saison has been a fantastic opportunity for us to apply 5 years of barrel aging experience to one beer. The brewers recently got together for a taste panel to find the perfect blend. The result is a blend of beers aged for 3 months to 3 years. Subtle barnyard aromas support an intruiging mix of stone fruit and berries. The flavour is delicate, with a hint of rye, drying out to a slightly bitter finish, with a refreshing acidity, that is above all satisfying.
Their Adventure Brews will be sold exclusively in their retail store locations, the BrewHouse and on draught at select bars and restaurants.
