Toronto Beer Week returns in September with new owner

Toronto, Ontario – St. Joseph Media announced that the ninth annual Toronto Beer Week is back from September 14 to 22, 2018. Following the success of the last eight years, this much-anticipated highlight of the social calendar will celebrate the best of the city through curated beer events.

Launched in 2010, Toronto Beer Week is a collective nine-day series of events dedicated to the celebration and advancement of the craft beer movement. The series showcases authentically brewed and flavourful beer, the talented brewers who create them, and the licensees who proudly support them. Guests discover different parts of Toronto through pub crawls, beer dinners, tap takeovers, meet the brewers, industry nights, beer and cheese pairings, new beer releases and more.

St. Joseph Media acquired Toronto Beer Week in April 2018 and is proud to continue the tradition of authenticity and grow the initiative. With over 100 participating bars, restaurants and breweries, Toronto Beer Week has become a significant event in the city which recognizes its importance to the industry and introduces new audiences to venues and breweries they’ve never experienced before. The Week promises to highlight the growth and excitement in the local craft beer and food scene.
