Wave Maker Craft Brewery and Distillery plan summer opening in Cambridge

Cambridge, Ontario – Wave Maker Craft Brewery and Distillery will be opening in the summer of 2018 in Cambridge. The founder of the brewery and distillery is Scott Pautler, former brewmaster at Old Flame Brewing Co.

The brewery and distillery is located at 639 Laurel Street and will feature a 1,300 sq. ft. taproom with 8 taps, an explorative cocktail menu, a bottle and merchandise shop, and an event space available for
rental.

“Our motto is Beer with Soul! We are very passionate about brewing and we will put our heart and soul into every batch. We want to create beer and spirits with very expressive character,” Says Scott. “Wave Maker is
a brewer owned and operated brewery and distillery. Our focus will be to create a variety of high quality beers and spirits of all types and deliver them in an enjoyable and memorable way. Our taproom will feature
a creative, rotating lineup of beer and inventive cocktails. We will have something everyone can enjoy!”

Beer will be flowing by mid-summer and the distillery equipment will arrive shortly after the opening date. The starting lineup of beer, spirits, and cocktails will be announced closer to the official opening
date.

A collaborative session IPA brewed with our friends at Brothers Brewing in Guelph will be available on tap at the Brothers taproom and in their bottle shop the week of March 24. You can follow Brothers Brewing on
Instagram and Facebook for release details.
