Toronto, Ontario – The Indie Alehouse is bringing back their Flanders Red Ale for a limited time.
The beer – which bears the name Ritual Madness – honors the traditional Flanders Red style. It requires a lot of patience and many steps in its brewing process, and it has been a labour of love for the Indie Alehouse Brewing team.
This year’s version of Ritual Madness is a blend of fresh and barrel aged batches – aged one and two years – finished with six months of bottle conditioning to perfection. The final result is elegant and complex with musty notes of wood, leather and cherry.
Ritual Madness is available at indiealehouse.com and in their bottle shop at 2876 Dundas Street West. Available while quantities last.
