“Take The Time” with The Collingwood Brewery

Collingwood, Ontario – The Collingwood Brewery have released four videos that are focused on the people behind the scenes that contribute in some way to bring you their 2015 Vintage Ale.  The four videos are bringing awareness to just how much goes into craft beer and how much went into their 2015 Vintage Ale.

The #TakeTheTime contest is now over but you can still watch the videos below.

(Pt. 1/4) Meet Al – his family has been beekeeping in the Beaver Valley for over 40 years. All the time and care he takes in producing his honey is part of what makes this beer so special. The Vintage Ale is brewed with Al’s wildflower honey. There’s a countless amount of time in every sip. So take the time – enjoy the 2015 Vintage Ale from The Collingwood Brewery.

(Pt. 2/4) Nicholas is a hop farmer in Meaford,ON. He has been farming for more than 13 years. He harvested the hops for the Vintage Ale just hours before we added them to the brew. It doesn’t get any fresher than that. There is a countless amount of time in every sip. So take the time and enjoy the 2015 Vintage Ale from The Collingwood Brewery.
